Himan Villa

“Heiman” means peace in Kurdish.

we put this meaning into our design idea.

A house that is supposed to be a paradise for family members and provide them with an opportunity to gather on weekends and relax in this space.

In this house, there are three floors with separate uses and different design ideas.

Vertical access, powerful and like a hinge, connects the spaces on the floors of this villa to each other.

Different uses, for different lifestyles.

Each family member can use the spaces designed on these floors according to their needs and type of activity.

Ground floor plan, a space intended mostly for younger family members.

A space that we tried to design by utilizing the sense of materials, colors, and lights.

Materials such as walnut wood, green marble, black marble, green velvet, smoky colors, and low, spot lighting. A collection of architectural elements that give the space a sense of intimacy and comfort and are suitable for this space.

Its separate door defines the privacy of this space. The play area and evening gatherings are located on this floor.

First floor Plan, includes the main spaces of this house.

The type of choice of functions on this floor brings family members together so that they can spend good times together.

Spaces for more interaction of family members together.

Second floor plan, is more dedicated to the private spaces of the house.

A choice that creates privacy and a sense of tranquility for the residents’ quiet times.

A large terrace on this floor with a unique view helps create a sense of tranquility in this house.

The presence of a small kitchen on this floor, in addition to greater flexibility in using the floors of this house, allows the pleasure of watching the unique northern view from the terrace in winter to be combined with the hearty taste of a hot coffee.

And truly, life is being in the present moment.
