Cortijo De San Alberto

This house is projected on a square land of 39 meters wide and 40 meters length.

Having access from its south facade and delimited by neighboring lands in its other three limits.

The client asked us to design a house for seasonal residence, that while they are working in Marbella , be able to use it’s facilities like a personal resort.

The house as a place to increase the sense of peace in today’s modern and busy life was our priority in designing Alberto’s family villa.

A busy family who came to this geographical area for seasonal work.

This house was designed as a seasonal residence for Alberto’s family. A family who gathered here for few months in a  year to harvest their agricultural products and              re-experienced being with other family members, talking, exchanging ideas and making memories.

We tried this villa increase the client’s desire for their living space and be a place to pure experience being with other family members.

Four master bedroom, large double height leaving area, with a useful kitchen that has direct access to dining space from south and private yard from north for breakfast times, with square playroom make this house more useful. Landscape is completely designed to answer client’s needs with its rectangular swimming pool and cozy fire pit for night family event.
